Have you ordered the Van der Valk Giftcard online and received an activation code by e-mail? For security reasons, the Van der Valk Giftcard is not sent activated. Activation only applies if the card was ordered online. We will send the activation code after the Giftcard has been presented to a postal company for shipment to the e-mail address provided by the purchaser.
